CONTROLS ENGINEER

BS in Electrical Engineering or equivalent

3+ years of experience in a design-build manufacturing environment as a Controls Engineer

Advanced training/education in engineering, leadership and project management.

Microsoft technology and relevant design and life cycle management software.

Must maintain valid enhanced driver's license and/or passport for travel.

Project Management experience preferred.

Starting salary range for position: $96,000 - $144,000

Bonus: Annual – Based upon individual contribution and overall, Company performance.

Paid Vacation: Three (3) weeks per calendar year. Pro-rata Vacation during the initial year of hire based upon start date within the calendar year.

Upon hire, an employee is automatically enrolled in the 401k plan. The plan offers both pre-tax and Roth contribution options along with employer provided matching contributions**.**

Bachelor's degree.

7+ years' of previous experience in corrugated manufacturing industry.

5+ years' previous experience in a supervisory capacity at a corrugated manufacturing facility.

Established knowledge of corrugated and packaging manufacturing machinery, concepts, practices, and procedures including continual improvement processes and safety practices.

Working knowledge of computer systems including experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook software as well as experience with manufacturing systems including shop floor software.

Ability to work flexible hours as needed.

Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or electrical engineering.

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $33.00/hr.

Must be able to effectively maintain and troubleshoot classroom AV and computer systems

Be familiar with hybrid and online teaching modalities

A broad knowledge of audio and video production equipment operation and distribution is essential

Working knowledge of computer applications (including Microsoft Office and web-based applications)

Good knowledge of Extron Electronics products and control systems

Understanding of developing trends in presentation and media distribution technologies.

Familiarity with commonly used artificial intelligence (AI) tools and platforms, including but not limited to generative AI assistants, AI-powered productivity features within standard enterprise applications (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot), and AI-enhanced support and automation tools.

Physical effort: lifting 40 lbs waist or shoulder high; 20 lbs above head.

Must be able to carry 20ft.
