This position is located on-site Yankton, SD
Processes test runs and prepares records, charts and graphs of results to identify yield problems or test new products
Open only to applicants who qualify as "U.S. Persons" according to U.S. federal law
Will require the use of precision measuring devices
Provides technical assistance regarding quality issues
Adheres to company Quality and Environmental Health & Safety requirements
May require the ability to use magnifying tools to see small items not clear to naked eye
Participates in 5S LEAN initiatives and works to identify continuous improvements
This position requires access to information subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations and/or the Export Administration Regulations
Ability to work with team of engineers or independently
Skill trained/experience in manufacturing processes
Possess attention to detail skills as it relates to technical manufacturing processes
Operates special equipment and facility systems (i.e. MES)
Ability to do repetitive tasks that require the use of various defined manufacturing procedures
Good hand/eye coordination skills with or without the use of a microscope
Provides technical assistance manufacturing
Performs technical equipment set up
Other duties as assigned

Ability to pass a pre-employment written math test, physical, drug, and background test
High school diploma or GED with 1 year of work experience
Read tape measure, calipers, and micrometers
Ability to learn and advance quickly
Strong mechanical ability and experience using power tools and forklift when necessary
Stand on concrete for 8-10 hours
Exposure to blueprint reading
Ability to communicate, in English, effectively and clearly by both written and verbal means
Regular and reliable attendance
Show ability to read, write and use basic math skills
Mechanical ability, operating air impacts, drills, other power tools
Good at problem solving
Work in high heat conditions
Understand and carry out simple oral and written instructions
Self-motivated
Use power tools while standing, twisting, crouching, standing on step ladder, or holding them above your head
Lift a minimum of 50lbs
