This is a 40-hour work week and an 8-hour shift**** Monday through Friday between the hours of 7:30 am to 5:00pm PST.

The schedule will be determined by the supervisor upon hire.

High School Diploma/GED

1+ years of experience working in a medical office position performing duties such as scheduling appointments, checking patients in/out, insurance verification, collecting co-pays, and maintaining medical records or healthcare experience

Intermediate level of computer proficiency including MS Word, Excel and Outlook and the ability to use multiple web applications

Candidates are required to pass a drug test before beginning employment.

Knowledge of medical terminology

Knowledge of Epic EMR software
