High School Diploma or G.E.D

Minimum of 1-year prior experience in manufacturing

Ability to read and interpret engineering blueprints

Ability to read, comprehend, and follow verbal and written instructions.

Working knowledge of MS Word and Excel

Needs a high level of attention to detail

This position is subject to meeting U.S. export compliance and/or U.S. Government contracting citizenship eligibility requirements.

However, U.S. Citizenship, Permanent Residency or other appropriate status is required for certain positions, in accord with U.S. import & export regulations.

Will be subject to drug testing as a condition of employment

Experience with paint or quality inspection preferred.

Cross training of paint functions to include Grit Blasting within 6 months.

The total compensation range for this position is $64,600 - $96,800, which includes base pay and target incentive based on performance, per plan terms.
