40 HOURS PER WEEK - MONDAY - FRIDAY

After-hours call coverage rotation

ARNP Nurse Practitioner

PRIOR NURSE PRACTITIONER WORK EXPERIENCE NEEDED - PRIOR SKILLED NURSING FACILITIES OR NURSING HOME SERVICES OR RELATED WORK EXPERIENCE NEEDED FOR THIS ROLE

Minimum two (2) years of geriatric clinical experience in acute and chronic health problems.

Masters degree in nursing from an accredited school of nursing.

Registered Nurse License (Washington) required at hire OR Compact License: Registered Nurse required at hire

Nurse Practitioner License (Washington) required at hire

Driver's License (Washington) required at hire

Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner Certificate with Prescriptive Authority (Washington) required at hire

Basic Life Support required at hire

Geriatric clinical expertise in acute and chronic health problems.

Willing to float to other buildings or care settings within the assigned geographic area when census or operational needs require additional clinical support.

Must be willing and able to take on changes to the assigned core facility when census levels, staffing needs, organizational priorities change require additional clinical support.

Two (2) years of geriatric or long-term care experience as a nurse practitioner.

Expanded prescriptive authority for Schedule II-IV medications.

LPN Licensed Practical Nurse

Graduated from an accredited LPN program

Currently licensed/registered in applicable State.

Must maintain an active Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN) license in good standing throughout employment.

CPR certification must remain current during employment.

One (1) year skilled nursing experience preferred

CPR certification upon hire or obtain during orientation.
