MUST have enrollment growth experience in the past in a childcare setting.

MUST have marketing, Strong Selling, lead generation, and daily communication experience.

2+ years of professional teaching experience in a childcare facility and caring for infants , toddlers or preschoolers?

[Must have] At least 3+ years of experience in a school admin role or as Assistant Director or Director?

Ability to meet state/local childcare licensing requirement?

A current Child Development Associate (CDA) credential from the Council for Professional Recognition is a common requirement.

An Associate's degree in Early Childhood Education or Child Development is another option.

A Technical College Diploma (TCD) or Technical Certificate of Credit (TCC) in Early Childhood Education or Child Development also meets the requirement.

A Bachelor's degree, especially in Early Childhood Education, is another acceptable qualification.

In some cases, 25 quarter hours or 15 semester hours from an accredited college or university in Early Childhood Education or Child Development may be accepted.
