Typical starting time is 5:00 AM on a 9/80 schedule which allows employees to work a standard 80 hours over a period of 9 days, rather than the traditional 10-day, 2-week period. Employees work 9 hours per day for 8 days (M-Th), and then work 8 hours on the 9th day ("On-Friday"), and every other Friday, the employee gets the day off ("Off-Friday").

CWI

Typically requires a Bachelor's Degree in an engineering or technical discipline with at least four years of related experience, or the overall equivalent

Current AWS / CWI certification

Solid understanding of Quality Assurance / Quality Control fundamentals and concepts

Experience operating within ISO 9001 standards

Background in problem solving techniques and analysis (A3, DMAIC, etc.)

Experience using standard and industry related software including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and database applications such as Oracle or TipQA

Combat vehicle inspection experience

Experience creating and documenting inspection criteria

Oracle and TipQA computer applications experience

Experience working in a quality program in support of government contracts, preferably DoW

Formal training in root cause analysis

Metrology experience (Faro Arm, CMM, etc.)

Paint inspection experience
