The schedule for this position is Monday-Friday during standard business hours, with some extended hours during the week as needed which may include Saturday.

High School Diploma or GED

Sales, Collections or Customer Service experience

Bilingual - Spanish

Occasional after-hours or weekend work may be required

On-call rotation

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field **OR** equivalent combination of education and experience.

3–5 years of experience in systems administration within a Windows-based enterprise environment.

Windows Server & Active Directory

VMware virtualization

Backup solutions

Server monitoring and patching processes

Working knowledge of PowerShell scripting

Understanding of storage, networking fundamentals, and security best practices

Ability to lift and move equipment as needed in data center environments

Occasional after-hours or weekend work may be required

Experience in a healthcare or regulated environment

Microsoft, VMware, or related industry certifications

Experience supporting hybrid or cloud-integrated environments (Azure AD / Microsoft 365)
