Current state license to practice Physical Therapy

Valid driver's license

Current CPR certification

Experience collaborating with a team of healthcare professionals

Comprehensive knowledge of the physical, emotional, social, and biological changes that occur in the geriatric population

Read, write, and speak fluent English

You will be required to be screened for TB.

A valid state driver's license

Are expected to maintain personal vehicle liability insurance.

Individual must carry vehicle insurance in accordance with their residing state minimum required limits, or $25,000 bodily injury per person/$25,000 bodily injury per event /$10,000 for property damage or whichever is higher.

This position is subject to Florida Level 2 background screening through the Care Provider Background Screening Clearinghouse.
