High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
Basic proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word.
Frequent standing, walking, sitting, reaching, and use of hands for handling documents, tools, and equipment.
Occasional bending, kneeling, crouching, climbing, or balancing.
Regular lifting of up to 10 pounds, frequent lifting of up to 25 pounds, and occasional lifting of up to 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.
Requires close attention to detail and the ability to distinguish visual characteristics during inspection and documentation activities.
Ability to relocate, if not already local to be onsite in Costa Mesa, CA.
