High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
At least 1 year of aviation, aerospace, manufacturing, or related industry experience.
Ability to clearly communicate in English, including speaking, reading, writing, and understanding technical documentation.
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, procedures, and inspection requirements.
Experience using precision measuring and inspection equipment.
NAS-410 visual acuity certification or ability to meet certification requirements
Regular standing, walking, reaching, handling parts, and performing detailed inspection work.
Ability to use precision measuring tools and computer systems throughout the shift.
Close vision, color recognition, depth perception, and focus adjustment required for inspection activities.
Required to wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) when working in production areas.
