Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience or an equivalent technical background, with a high school diploma or equivalent; an Associate's Degree (or higher) is preferred.
Proficient in using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS)
Strong electrical and mechanical aptitude
Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, along with strong data analysis capabilities.
Very strong organizational skills, with the ability to plan, organize, and execute tasks on time, and a goal-oriented thought process.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to perform technical research through online resources, in-plant investigations, and consultations with technical representatives.
Ability to accurately interpret OEM manuals, drawings, schematics, and prints, and to lead projects or project teams while demonstrating a commitment to safety and driving Root Cause Analysis (RCA) improvement processes.
This position may require an export license from the Department of Commerce, Bureau of Industry and Security and/or the Department of State, Directorate of Defense Trade Controls.
Issuance of any required license is a prerequisite for this position.
