Bachelor of Science in a relevant Engineering field
At least 8 years of direct experience related to engineering development & project leadership skillsets
Must have demonstrated success in similar technical environments leading development projects
Self-starting, self-directed candidate with excellenct oral and written communication skills
Capable of achieving project objectives and interfacing with various levels of internal team members, management, program sponsors, subcontractors, and customers
Knowledge and experience in multiple engineering disciplines (e.g., systems, mechanical, electrical, safety, software)
RF technical experience and experience leading RF integrated design activity is preferred but not required
Experience leading and managing subcontractor team members is desired
Project management and project planning skills (e.g., MS Project)
Familiarity with requirements management processes and tools (e.g., DOORS)
Resource allocation and management
Familiarity with DoD/DoW Environmental Military Standards and Specifications
Strong configuration management approach for customer technical data packages
Ability to troubleshoot and plan approach to resolution of failures from environmental qualification and factory acceptance testing
Familiarity with Agile Development methodologies for hardware support
Budget formulation & auditing
Advanced MS Office skills
U.S. Citizenship required
