1st - Monday through Thursday from 7:30am - 5pm and every other Friday from 7:30am - 4pm

Bachelor of Science in a relevant Engineering field with at least 8 years of direct experience related to engineering development & project leadership skillsets.

Must have demonstrated success in similar technical environments leading development projects.

Knowledge and experience in multiple engineering disciplines (e.g., systems, mechanical, electrical, safety, software).

U.S. Citizenship required.

This position requires an active DOD security clearance or the ability to obtain such clearance within a reasonable time after commencement of employment.

RF technical experience and experience leading RF integrated design activity is preferred but not required.

Experience leading and managing subcontractor team members is desired

Project management and project planning skills (e.g., MS Project)

Familiarity with requirements management processes and tools (e.g., DOORS)

Resource allocation and management

Familiarity with DoD/DoW Environmental Military Standards and Specifications

Strong configuration management approach for customer technical data packages

Ability to troubleshoot and plan approach to resolution of failures from environmental qualification and factory acceptance testing

Familiarity with Agile Development methodologies for hardware support

Engineering Degree plus five years of project and / or Plant Engineering management experience required.

Experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment required.

Three years of experience in Food Processing, including Thermal Processes and/or sanitation

Knowledge of facility equipment, construction, automated equipment, water processing, waste management equipment, and maintenance techniques.

Knowledge and understanding of multiple trades to detect issues/opportunities regarding progress to schedule, workload and manpower, materials, etc.

Working knowledge of MS Project, AutoCAD, Excel, and other standard programs and systems for updating, modifying, and reporting project progress.

Able to utilize root-cause analysis skills to investigate breakdown and line stoppages while collaborating with other departments.

PMP certification preferred.

Knowledge and experience of Automation and Controls systems preferred.
