Bachelor's degree in Engineering

10+ years of overall engineering and manufacturing experience including experience using optical measurement and test equipment such as power meters, signal generators, spectrum analyzers, and network analyzers

Ability to align optical systems.

Bachelors Degree

10+ years experience using IR/optical/laser measurement and test equipment including power meters, signal generators, spectrum analyzers, and network analyzers, to debug to the component level in circuit cards, and to troubleshoot test systems and drive improvements

Lean Manufacturing

Experience with Circuit card assemblies; Test, Design, troubleshoot

Performs preliminary Material Review / Material Review Board (PMR/MRB) for the disposition of discrepant material

Statistical Process Control (SPC)

Data Collection and Analysis

Root Cause and Corrective Action methodology
