Active New Jersey Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license.
3-5 years of outpatient Primary Care experience required.
Bilingual Spanish required due to the patient population served.
Experience managing chronic conditions including diabetes, hypertension, hyperlipidemia, COPD, and obesity.
Ability to travel between multiple practice locations throughout Newark and East Orange.
