Assist the master teacher in maintaining effective environments for young children's development and learning according to the environment rating scales.
Assist in the implementation of daily lesson plans developed by Master Teacher.
Maintain open and friendly communication with children and families.
Participate in ongoing professional development training and/or activities to develop as a professional early childhood educator.

Active license and in good standing as a LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, or Psychologist (PhD or PsyD) in California
Willing and motivated to become licensed in other states. We will cover the cost
Available for 8-24 hours per week, with 85% of time in client sessions
2+ years of clinical experience with adults (18+), at least six months of teletherapy experience, and proficient with clinical assessments (e.g., PHQ-9) for tracking client progress
At least six months of teletherapy experience and experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems
Select 7-10 session hours between 8am and 9pm PST, Monday through Friday
Available during regular business hours for a minimum of 1 hour per week during the first 6 weeks for training, followed by 30 minutes per month for ongoing support
All documentation to be completed, signed, and locked in EMR within 48 hours of client contact
