Primary Level Salary Range: $81,400.00 - $122,000.00

Secondary Level Salary Range: $101,400.00 - $152,200.00

Employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.

Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results.

Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.

This position will work a 9/80 schedule, with every other Friday off.

Configuration and Data Management Analyst

Requires an active U.S. Government Top-Secret security clearance at time of application, current and within scope

Bachelor's degree with 5 years of professional experience or Master's degree with 3 years of professional experience or PhD with 1 year of professional experience

Knowledge of CDM principles related to hardware configuration, data and change management principles and proficiency in the use of configuration management tools such as: (SharePoint, Atlassian tools, Windchill, Enovia, or EPLM)

Proficiency in Windows, Microsoft Office Suite programs: Word, Excel & PowerPoint, SharePoint, Adobe, and other related CDM programs

Bachelor's degree with 8 years of professional experience or Master's degree with 6 years of professional experience or PhD with 4 years of professional experience

U.S. Citizenship is required for all positions with a government clearance and certain other restricted positions.

Strong understanding of CDM functions, aerospace industry processes, and best practices

Familiar with software configuration, software build management, and software control

Familiarity with aerospace industry standards such as ISO 9001, AS9100, ISO 10007, MIL-STD-973/IEEE 828, or EIA-649/ GEIA-859

Tool Development experience using Atlassian Tools (Confluence, Jira, Bitbucket), O2B, Costpoint, SAP, Windchill, ePLM

Knowledge of Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE), CAMEO

Experience supporting audits and compliance activities
