Current Registered Nurse (RN) license (Arizona or eligible for Arizona licensure).

Bachelor's degree in Nursing.

Progressive nursing leadership experience in perioperative services.

Demonstrated experience managing clinical operations, quality initiatives, staffing, and financial performance.

Experience leading multidisciplinary surgical teams in an acute care hospital.

Master's degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.

NightsHours: 1900-07303 x 12 hour shifts per week

4-5 shifts per 6-week schedule (Friday/Saturday)

Registered Nurse

Graduate of an accredited associate or diploma nursing program, as recognized by the Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing (ACEN), Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education (CCNE), National League for Nursing Commission for Nursing Education Accreditation (NLN CNEA).

Computer skills required

Ability to work flexible hours, which may include days, evenings, nights, holidays, and weekends and on-call.

Current RN license by applicable state requirements.

Maintains Basic Life Support (BLS) competency.

ACLS required upon hire date and does not expire within 90 days of hire date.

Additional specialty certification/training as required by the work area.

Current BLS.

All entry-level associate degree registered nurses with a RN start date of April 1, 2020 and after must provide documented evidence of program completion of the baccalaureate degree in nursing from an accredited nursing program within five years from the last day of the month of the RN start date.

Progressive or Intermediate Care experience preferred.

BSN or MSN preferred.

One year RN experience within the last five years preferred.

Prior experience with electronic medical record systems preferred.

Registered Nurse (RN)

Nursing Degree from an accredited nursing school

A minimum of two years of current Level III NICU experience including neonatal ventilator.

License to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of Arizona.

CPR.

ACLS as applicable by Facility/by Department

ER, ICU, Endoscopy, Tele, Cardiac Cath Lab, L&D;: ACLS required upon orientation completion.

ER: PALS or ENPC required or must obtain within ninety days

Post-partum, Nursery, L&D;: NRP required upon orientation completion.

Bariatrics: Certification or specialized training in bariatrics specialty area of practice.

Wound Care: Wound-Ostomy Certification or Training in Wound Care and/or Ostomy Care.

L&D; only: Advanced Fetal Monitoring or must obtain within six months of hire.

BSN

1 year of acute care experience.

Certification in specialty area of practice preferred

PACU: ACLS required or must obtain within six months of hire

PALS preferred.
