A High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required.

5+ years of experience in HVAC providing expertise in the systems level knowledge.

EPA Universal Certification required.

Operating knowledge of Microsoft office software and working proficiency with handheld computer (i.e. Smartphone, iPad).

Must possess a valid driver's license for a minimum of 12 months, with no major or frequent traffic violations including, but not limited to: DUI, Hit & Run, License Suspension, Reckless / Careless Driving or multiple smaller infractions or preventable collisions in the previous 3 years.

This position requires working in diverse conditions including but not limited to mechanical equipment rooms with exposure to noisy operating equipment, exposure to extreme weather conditions, precarious places, and risk of electrical shock (high voltage).

This position is highly physical and requires regular use of hands, fingers, walking, stooping, and kneeling. It requires employees to regularly lift and or move up to 10 lbs., frequently lift and or move up to 40 lbs. and occasionally lift and or move more than 40 lbs.

Safety Sensitive roles may require that you pass additional drug screening.

Technical School or formal training is preferred.

Clear understanding of refrigeration theory is preferred.

Electrical troubleshooting knowledge is preferred.

Mechanical systems knowledge is preferred.

The salary range for this position is: $143,320 - $273,930.

Employees may be eligible for pay incentives based on overall corporate and individual performance and at the discretion of the USAA Board of Directors.

Bachelor's degree in Information Architecture, Information Management, Information Studies, Information Technology, Risk, Audit or related technical field; OR 4 years of relevant education and/or experience; and * 8+ years of experience in Information or Data related practices to include: information governance, information management, risk, audit, information architecture, IT, analysis and reporting, OR Advanced degree in Information Architecture, Information Management, Information Studies, Risk, Audit, Information Technology or a related technical field with 6+ years of experience in Information or Data related practices as noted above.

2+ years of strong knowledge and demonstrated ability to create and evolve Data Development and Data Engineering processes.

2+ years operational knowledge of risk management and mitigation frameworks.

Experience in developing Data Governance and Data Management Strategy , road maps.

Expert knowledge of industry information/data governance best practices.

Experience developing and delivering executive-level and/or board-level reporting related to data governance, regulatory risk, compliance, or policy adherence.

Experience with regulatory reporting , data controls, information risk, compliance, privacy, and audit readiness.

Certified Information Management Professional (CIMP), Information Governance Professional (IGP), Certified Information Professional or equivalent industry certification.

Financial services, insurance, banking, or other highly regulated industry experience.

CDMP (Certified Data Management Professional) certification preferred.

US military experience through military service or a military spouse/domestic partner.

**Hourly Pay: $20 - $25 DOE**
