Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
6+ years of experience leading enterprise technology sales teams in a consultative, solution-selling environment.
1+ years of experience leading sales leaders and/or managing multi-layered sales organizations.
Experience managing pipeline development, forecasting, sales execution, and performance metrics.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
