Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field, or sufficient years of experience to meet the job duties and responsibilities.
Proven experience in industrial engineering, with a focus on process optimization and project management in a metal stamping environment preferred.
Ability to understand drawings and schematics to troubleshoot equipment and system.
Knowledge of industrial controls including programmable logic controllers (Allen Bradley PLC and Fanuc robots preferred)
Knowledge of equipment programable logic control devices.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in relevant software and tools, such as CAD (SolidWorks preferred), CNC programming (Mastercam preferred), data analysis tools, and preventative maintenance software (Upkeep preferred).
Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and six sigma methodologies
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Strong problem solving and analytical skills
This position is on-site in Humboldt, TN
