B.S. or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, Aerospace Engineering, or a related field.
2+ years in additive manufacturing, process or manufacturing engineering, or applications engineering.
Direct hands-on experience with LPBF and/or FDM systems, including materials, process parameters, machine operation, and common failure modes.
Experience owning build execution and troubleshooting build failures in a production environment.
Able to prep and adjust build files when needed.
Familiarity with quality processes: COCs, FAIR, NCR creation and dispositioning, and parts conformance to spec.
Able to write clear work instructions and set onsite process standards.
Hands-on DfAM understanding, with the ability to evaluate parts for AM suitability and manufacturability.
Familiarity with engineering drawings, GD&T;, tolerance interpretation, and inspection planning.
U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident required (ITAR).
