Experience in construction management or construction program management of large, complex projects involving large-scale mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) plants

Experience in construction of data center delivery (design, commissioning and construction), mission critical facilities, or equivalent industrial/manufacturing facility builds

Experience constructing electrical engineering systems including large scale power distribution/generation gear and mechanical engineering systems including cooling systems

Experience in project control (cost or schedule, or both) and formulating construction programmes, especially for infrastructure and mission critical projects both on-site and in preconstruction environments

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Construction Management or an equivalent engineering science +7 Years of experience OR 12+ years of related construction management experience in lieu of a degree.

Experience delivering multi-media environmental due diligence, permitting, and compliance projects with specific expertise in CWA 404 and NPDES permitting, groundwater protection, wastewater discharge, and natural and cultural resource evaluations

Experience in Project Controls Standards subject matter, including Estimating, Cost Management, Cost Forecasting, Schedule Management, Progress Measurement, Change Management, Risk Management, WBS/CBS/SBS, Cash-Flow (VOWD), and Benchmarking

Experience in environmental compliance and permitting, waste management, contractual, regulatory, and liability assessments, environmental permit evaluations and applications, EIAs and water discharge requirements

7+ years of construction management, project management, or mission-critical infrastructure experience.

5+ years supporting data center, critical facilities, or similar infrastructure projects.

Experience managing construction projects valued between $1M and $100M+.

Experience with data center fit-outs, tenant improvements, retrofits, or capacity expansion projects.

Experience managing contractors and subcontractors in active construction environments.

Experience with project scheduling, budget management, forecasting, and change management.

Experience supporting commissioning and turnover activities.

Working knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems.

Ability to work onsite full-time in El Paso, TX.

Data center colocation or leased facility experience.

Owner's Representative experience.

Experience working with hyperscale clients.

Experience reviewing MOPs and construction activities in live environments.

Familiarity with commissioning processes and integrated systems testing.

Experience with Primavera P6, Procore, or similar project management platforms.

Experience supporting critical power and cooling systems.
