Extensive technical knowledge of Healthcare Hospital systems, databases, networks, operating systems and Information Management “Best Practices”, including: local and wide area networking, network protocols and routing; network, server, and host operating systems; Interoperability, data storage and retrieval systems; system backup and recovery; IP networking, internet and intranet technologies; email, groupware, office automation and collaboration technologies; voice and/or data communications; voice and/or data networking; video conferencing and telemedicine; server hardware, software, and administration.

Five years of increasingly responsible Enterprise architecture experience in Healthcare Hospital systems environments with a wide variety of Information Services applications and technologies is required.

Also requires specialized technical and procedural knowledge of system hardware/software, system administration, operations, problem identification/resolution, system documentation, and project management.

Experience in of SDLC, Agile and Waterfall methodologies

Business process analysis and design, and service delivery, particularly with respect to the use of information, EMR, ERP and CRM systems

Security model understanding and maintenance

Solid understanding of Business Intelligence/Data Warehouse environment with involvement in design and development of database solution in both traditional as well as columnar databases.

Experience in data integration with ETL techniques and frameworks

Experience in Big Data querying tools, such as Hive, Impala and Spark SQL

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Architecture, Information Systems, Electrical Engineering or related field preferred

10+ years in a corporate IT environment working with multiple disciplines to deliver projects in line with Business strategic goals

Proven delivery excellence in successfully managing multiple complex projects at a global level

Minimum of 7 years technology experience in FSCM areas delivering of SAP IT solutions

Deep experience leading SAP Treasury and Finance product roadmaps.

Strong understanding of SAP S/4 Treasury architecture and capabilities (5+ Years min).

Experience leading global teams and large-scale transformational initiatives.

Ability to translate business strategy into technology investments and product roadmaps.

5+ years of SAP S/4 HANA advanced Treasury including - Cash & Liquidity, TRM (Fx, Loans, Hedging, Interest), BCM and Finance configuration experience

Expect level to design and configure solutions in SAP

Must be able sit and/or stand for long periods of time, and work on a computer for extended periods.

Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. regularly.

SAP experience beyond Treasury is a strong plus — exposure to adjacent Finance capabilities

The salary range for this position is: $143,320 - $273,930.

Employees may be eligible for pay incentives based on overall corporate and individual performance and at the discretion of the USAA Board of Directors.

Bachelor's Degree in Data and Analytics, Information Technology, Business, Finance, Risk, Audit or a related field of study; OR 4 years of related experience in information governance, information management, information technology or risk management (in addition to the minimum years of experience required) may be substituted in lieu of degree.

8+ years of experience in Information or Data related practices to include: information governance, data management, information management, information architecture, information technology, risk, audit, analysis and reporting; OR Advanced degree in Information Architecture, Information Management, Information Studies, Risk, Audit, Information Technology or a related technical field and 6+ years' experience in Information or Data related practices as noted above.

3+ years of direct team lead or management experience.

Expert knowledge of industry information/**data governance best practices** , information technology best practices and architecture roadmaps and capabilities maps.

Experience **leading teams, peers and leadership** levels across complex problem-solving activities, domains, or regulatory drivers at an Association or data domain levels.

Experience leading developing, or operationalizing **data management** and/or data **governance policies** , standards, processes, procedures & technologies.

Experience leading agile delivery activities across people, process, and technology.

Experience leading enterprise**data governance and data management strategies** within a complex organization.

Experience with **data privacy** , data classification, sensitive data management, or privacy-by-design practices.

Strong knowledge of data management principles and practices aligned with **DAMA-DMBOK** knowledge areas.

Experience establishing and implementing **data governance frameworks** , policies, standards, practices, and operating models.

Strong experience with **data quality management** , including data quality standards, controls, monitoring, issue identification, and remediation.

Experience establishing and maintaining **data lineage** and data traceability for critical data assets.

Experience with **regulatory reporting** and requirement supporting regulatory obligations in a **highly regulated environment**.

Financial services, insurance, banking, or other highly regulated industry experience.

**CDMP**(Certified Data Management Professional) certification strongly preferred.

Other relevant certifications such as **CIMP, IGP, DCAM** , or equivalent data management/information governance certifications preferred.

US military experience through military service or a military spouse/domestic partner.
