Review daily workflow, production spreadsheets, and required materials
Set up and operate quilting/cutting equipment according to job dimensions
Install and replace needles, loopers, and cutting blades
Program length dimensions using sensor adjustments and the computer interface
Read and interpret AutoCAD drawings or blueprints to confirm required job dimensions
Perform quality inspections throughout production
Hand-load and unload cut material from the conveyor
Troubleshoot thread breaks and stitch line skips
Adjust material alignment and sensors and replace needles as needed
Work indoors and outdoors in all seasons with exposure to noise, chemicals, heavy equipment and machinery
Accurate hand/eye coordination is required
Finger dexterity is required, as well as hand strength, with the ability to grasp, lift, push and pull
Work involves considerable climbing, twisting, bending, squatting and kneeling for long periods of time
May lift parts weighing up to 30 pounds and pull approximately 20 lbs
Need to have the ability to ascend and descend a ladder and/or scaffolding
