The priority is having someone consistently work a full 8 hour day while supporting manufacturing operations

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent relevant experience

5+ years of hands on plastics extrusion experience

Strong understanding of profile extrusion processes

Experience optimizing and troubleshooting extrusion processes

Experience developing process recipes, parameters, and operating conditions

Knowledge of extrusion tooling, dies, and tool construction

Strong root cause analysis

Experience supporting manufacturing or production environments

Strong hands on profile extrusion experience with process engineering, tooling, continuous improvement, and cross functional manufacturing experience.

Degree in Polymer Engineering, Plastics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field

Experience with thermoplastics and polymer processing

Extrusion tooling or die design experience

Experience improving OEE, scrap, yield, throughput, or process capability

Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, Six Sigma, SPC, DOE, or other continuous improvement experience

Capital equipment selection, installation, commissioning, or validation experience

Experience introducing new products or manufacturing processes into production
