Weekly Pay Schedule

Permanent, full-time role

Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM

40 hours/week with overtime opportunities

Mechanical aptitude and strong troubleshooting skills.

Basic electrical knowledge and ability to diagnose facility-related issues.

Ability to read measurements, weights, and perform basic math calculations.

Basic computer skills and familiarity with maintenance tracking systems.

Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.

Ability to pass a drug screen, background check, and fit-for-duty assessment.

Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds regularly.

Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Experience in industrial, commercial, or facility maintenance.

Experience with HVAC, plumbing, sprinkler, or building systems.

Experience operating forklifts, manlifts, or similar equipment.

Valid driver's license.

Pay range is $25 - $35 / hour based on certifications and experience.

$250 Quarterly tool allowance, that's $1,000 extra per year!

The expected base rate for this role is between $25 and $35.

This role may also receive overtime compensation.

Sunday - Thursday 3pm - 11:30pm

Must have 3 years of verifiable hands-on experience as a heavy-duty commercial diesel mechanic.

Diagnostic and troubleshooting competency relating to equipment repairs.

Prior experience in administering appropriate PM program.

Must furnish own personal hand tools.

Able to read and write legibly (e.g., to attend trainings, hold conversations, receive safety and job-related coaching, and enter information on reports if needed); basic mathematical skills (add, subtract, divide).

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Must possess a valid driver's license.

Must be willing to work in extreme temperatures and weather conditions.

Evening Shift

Tuesday – Friday: 12:30 PM – 9:00 PM

Saturday: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Typically, minimum 0-2 years of relevant experience. May have degree or equivalent

High School Diploma or GED

1+ years of experience in industrial maintenance, facilities maintenance, warehouse maintenance, manufacturing, automation, or a related field

Experience performing preventative maintenance and equipment repairs

Experience troubleshooting mechanical systems

Experience using hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

Ability to climb ladders, work at heights, and stand for extended periods

Ability to work in a warehouse or fulfillment center environment

Overtime or schedule flexibility may be required based on operational needs

Experience working with conveyor systems, sortation equipment, or material handling equipment (MHE)

Experience in automated warehouses, distribution centers, manufacturing facilities, or healthcare fulfillment operations

Familiarity with electrical systems, motors, belts, chains, gears, sensors, and control circuits

Experience working with CMMS, warehouse control systems (WCS), or maintenance tracking software

Exposure to PLCs, automation equipment, or automated guided vehicles (AGVs)

Technical certification in Industrial Maintenance, Mechatronics, Electrical Technology, or a related field
