High School diploma or GED
Typically requires 1+ years of electronics assembly and inspection experience with in-process soldering (both through-hole and surface mount)
Will require an on-site soldering assessment to J-STD-001 standards during the interview
Must have meticulous hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
Must be able to work 2nd Shift hours, 2:30 pm to 12:00 am
Must be able to work for extended hours utilizing a microscope to perform inspection and solder touch-ups
Hand soldering experience is required
Knowledge of ESD (Electrostatic discharge) procedures
