Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in sales, customer management, or commercial leadership roles within manufacturing, including at least 3 years leading teams in a supervisory or management capacity.
Otherwise experience in defense, industrial manufacturing, or highly regulated industries required.
Proven experience managing major customer accounts and long-term contractual relationships.
Demonstrated experience developing forecasts, analyzing sales performance data, and driving operational execution through cross-functional teams.
Experience presenting business performance and recommendations to executive leadership.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Finance, Marketing, or a related field required.
