Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting.
Minimum of 5-7 years of broad financial experience in a Manufacturing/Government Contracting environment or 5-7 years of experience as an Accountant at a business unit.
Have a working knowledge of GAAP.
Familiarity with IT systems related to finance and operations.
Individual PC skills, particularly with Microsoft Excel.
