Bachelor of Science Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering is required; no equivalencies or experience substitutions will be considered.
1-3 years of experience in AutoCAD and engineering drawing review.
Proficiency in AutoCAD with the ability to create and modify electrical block installation drawings.
Strong attention to detail for reviewing and verifying complex engineering configurations across multiple ship variants.
Ability to manage and track large volumes of technical documentation (thousands of LARs, multiple TDPs, wire lists).
Strong organizational and coordination skills - you will manage deliverables across multiple ISEAs, program offices, and shipbuilders simultaneously.
Effective written and verbal communication skills; comfortable hosting meetings and driving action item closure.
Self-motivated with the ability to take ownership of deliverables and work independently.
Basic technical writing ability for reports, wire discrepancy lists, and test procedures.
Successful applicants must either have active government security clearance or the ability to receive approval upon position acceptance.
