As we grow, dispatch and supervisory roles become available — we promote from within
Set weekly schedule — you will know your scheduled days in advance
One weekend day (Saturday or Sunday) is required every week
Shifts typically run about 10 hours, with early-morning start times
Hours are not guaranteed
Two paid 15-minute breaks and one unpaid 30-minute meal break during a full shift
Paid time off (PTO)
Paid sick time in accordance with Michigan's Earned Sick Time Act (earned at 1 hour for every 30 hours worked)
