This position must sit at our Home Office based in Birmingham, Alabama

Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field required. Equivalent combinations of education and relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.

At least 3 years of experience in employee relations, investigations, and leadership coaching.

Knowledge of employment laws and regulations, including ADA, FMLA, Title VII, and related compliance requirements.

PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP certification preferred.

Healthcare industry experience is strongly preferred.

Experience supporting multi-site or regional operations preferred.
