Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field; or Associate degree in Engineering or a related technical field with a minimum of two (2) years of manufacturing, quality, or engineering-related experience.
Working knowledge of Quality Management Systems including AS9100, ISO 9001, and applicable aerospace, defense, or marine quality standards.
Experience supporting manufacturing and quality systems in a regulated manufacturing environment.
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, contracts, military standards, and GD&T; requirements.
Working knowledge of First Article Inspection (AS9102), Statistical Process Control (SPC), Measurement System Analysis (MSA), FMEA, Control Plans, and process validation methods.
Experience with corrective action systems and structured root cause analysis methodologies.
Knowledge of manufacturing processes including machining, assembly, fabrication, welding, and testing operations.
Experience analyzing quality and manufacturing data to identify trends and drive improvements.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Strong organizational, communication, and project management skills.
Ability to obtain Internal Auditor certification within two (2) years of employment.
Ability to travel up to 10%, including local, domestic, and international travel as required.
Must be a U.S. Citizen.
