Manual dexterity: necessary for handling small components and using hand tools effectively

Adherence to safety protocols like ESD and PPE

Ability to perform simple task utilizing work instructions

Ability to read and follow assembly instructions

High school diploma or GED required

Must be capable of satisfactorily completing the training and certifications identified in training matrix.

Required to wear ESD and PPE as needed

Six months of printed circuit board assembly experience preferred

Strong mechanical aptitude

Up to two years of assembly and testing experience will be considered a plus.

Understand gluing and centering to specific tolerances which includes multiple areas/products required

If applicable, ability to use function generators and multimeter test equipment

Basic proficiency with computers including an ERP system and Microsoft Office required

Depending on the assigned department, must be able to demonstrate the ability to lift up to 60 pounds and complete an audiogram test

Those working in the Aerospace department must be able to pass a Vision, Color Vision, and Depth perception test

This position requires good manual dexterity, coordination and stamina.

Must be able to wear personal protective gear most of the day.
