Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field with relevant work experience
2+ years of experience
Proven experience in a manufacturing or industrial engineering environment
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, production systems, and continuous improvement methodologies
Experience working with lean manufacturing tools and techniques
Knowledge of quality standards and process improvement methods
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical documentation
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and manufacturing-related systems
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Good communication skills in English, both written and spoken
Experience with automation, digital manufacturing, or Industry 4.0 technologies
Familiarity with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems and Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES)
Knowledge of Six Sigma methodologies and structured problem-solving tools
Experience in assembly, machining, welding, or process manufacturing environments
Project management experience and the ability to manage multiple priorities
Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work independently while contributing to a team-oriented environment
Passion for continuous improvement, innovation, and sustainability
Office environment with frequent attendance on the shop floor
Shop floor: Ability to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) (steel toe boots, safety glasses, and ear plugs)
