Must be at least sixteen (16) years of age.
Preference: previous experience operating a cash register, handling cash or other forms of tender, preferably in a grocery store or retail establishment but not required.
Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays as needed.
Ability to interpret, understand and follow instructions.
Ability to move, lift, carry and place merchandise and supplies weighing less than or equal to 25 pounds without assistance.
Frequently reaches overhead and below the knees, including pushing, pulling, squatting, kneeling, bending, stooping, crouching and twisting with or without bearing weight.
Continuous repetitive motion with hand(s) and arm(s), such as grasping, gripping and turning.

Minimum of 3 years of administrative support experience, preferably in an executive or cross-functional support role
Advanced level proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and document management systems
Confidently manages executive calendars and priorities
Must have a valid Oklahoma Driver's License, with a good driving record
Must maintain appropriate requirements for legal vehicle operation, including current automobile insurance and license plates
Must be eligible for a positive outcome on the required State of Oklahoma criminal conviction background check
