Functional capability using modern fleet maintenance tracking software and basic administrative software packages
Valid Driver's License coupled with the proven capability to safely maneuver forklifts, heavy-duty service trucks, and commercial machinery

Prior experience working with a collective bargaining agreement.

Must have evidence of building solid relationships with supervisors, peers, and subordinates
Excellent communication skills.
Successful track record in managing budgets and/or P&L; responsibility.
Ability to effectively and appropriately communicate and/or collaborate with agencies, directors, elected officials, operators, and all levels of hourly and salaried employees, including senior management.
Must be a self-starter able to obtain successful results without supervision.
Must be able to work shifts or flexible work schedules as needed.
