Not necessary to have been in Aerospace industry but needs manufacturing industry experience

Safety risk aware, has worked in environments with heavy machinery before

3-5yrs of experience in Human Resources

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum of 3 years of Human Resources experience in a manufacturing environment required.

Minimum of 1 year of payroll experience required.

Working knowledge of payroll processes, timekeeping systems, wage and hour regulations, and payroll record maintenance.

Demonstrated experience supporting a large hourly workforce, including employee relations, attendance management, performance management, coaching, and corrective action processes.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, including data analysis, dashboard creation, reporting, metric tracking, and executive-level presentations.

Knowledge and understanding of California employment laws and regulations.

Experience with HR systems and tools such as SuccessFactors, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Talent LMS is preferred.

23-25 Hourly Wage

High School education, GED or equivalent.

Valid driver's license

Automobile insurance.

Ability to travel to multiple clinics within assigned region on a regular basis.

Skills required include use and knowledge of WORD, EXCEL and use of standard office equipment.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, stand, walk, handle, or feel, reach with hands and arms, see, talk, and hear.

The employee will frequently lift and/or carry reports, records and other materials that typically weigh less than 20 pounds.

The employee is occasionally required to stoop, kneel, bend, or crouch.

Finger dexterity is needed to access, enter, and retrieve data using a computer keyboard, calculator, and other standard office equipment.

Experience in the Ophthalmic or Optometric Industry.

Experience as a Back Office Technician.

Certified Ophthalmic Technician (preferred)

Certified Ophthalmic Assistant (preferred)
