High school diploma required.
Basic construction experience or construction-related education, with willingness to work in an active construction environment.
Ability to read and interpret basic construction drawings and specifications.
Experience with data tracking, recordkeeping, or project documentation in a construction or similar environment.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel, for data tracking and reporting.
Willingness to work both in the field and in an office trailer environment, spending significant time outdoors.
Comfortable working around active construction operations and structural steel erection activities.
Ability to pass pre-employment bkgd check and drug screening.
Able to work an anticipated schedule of approximately 58–60 hours per week.
Local to central Indiana, with the ability to commute to the project site.
