High school diploma or equivalent.
Two (2) to four (4) years of experience operating production machinery in a manufacturing environment.
Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and manufacturing drawings.
Experience in performing machine setups, adjustments, and production changeovers.
Proficient in the use of hand tools, measuring devices, and deburring tools.
Experience operating hydraulic equipment.
Forklift experience;
Ability to accurately read fractional tape measurements.
Basic math skills, including calculations involving fractions and decimals.
Ability to identify and troubleshoot basic mechanical or machine operating issues.
Ability to safely lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds.
Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.
Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with exposure to noise, dust, heat, and moving equipment.
