Basic Math skills, able to read tape measure and ability to read and comprehend work orders.
Must be able to Stand and walk continuously.
Must be able to lift, carry, push, and pull 25 pounds frequently and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds with assistance.

Must have eye, hand, and foot coordination to operate in a safe and productive manner.

Hours Worked: 40 hours per week - 10 hour shifts Monday-Thursday
Mandatory Overtime as required on Fridays seasonally.
Fixed shifts - 1st shift 6 AM – 4:30 PM
PPE required: Steel toe safety shoes, Provided: Earplugs, safety glasses, gloves, hard hats.

The Material Handler is responsible for supporting manufacturing floor operations by assisting with the collection, securing, and movement of book sections.
Operate stackers and robots to collect, organize, and prepare book sections for the next stage of production.
Secure gathered book sections with straps to ensure they remain intact during transport and processing.
Feed materials into binding machines and move finished products from the production line to skids or boxes.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following all safety protocols to support our goal of zero accidents.
Stand for the duration of an 8-hour shift, wear required PPE and lift up to 50 pounds regularly in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
A willingness to learn new roles through hands-on training and a commitment to delivering high-quality products.
Strong communication skills (basic English proficiency preferred) and a positive attitude when working with others.
