Registered Nurse
12 months of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.
12 months of Medical Surgical Unit experience.
Experience with Epic is required.
Trauma Level 1 experience is required with 1 month within the last 12
months.
ASN completion required.
Candidates must have a Illinois license (required for submission).
Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility
to be submitted.
Flu vaccination required for submission. Religious and medical declinations
accepted.
Anyone who worked as Staff at a facility in this program in the last 24
months cannot be submitted.
Anyone currently working at a facility in this program cannot be submitted.
Pre-employment modules may be required for this role.
Required Credentials:ASN.
2 Charge/Lead/Supervisor references required from within the last 2 years
Driver's license required
BLS (Basic Life Support)
ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
