High school diploma or GED required
Equivalent combination of education and relevant experience may be considered
0-2 years of manufacturing, production, machine operation, additive manufacturing, or related technical experience preferred
Basic computer skills
Ability to read and interpret work instructions, blueprints, and customer specifications
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Ability to follow documented procedures and maintain accurate records
Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability
Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Commitment to workplace safety and housekeeping standards
Ability to maintain confidentiality regarding company projects, customers, and proprietary information
Flexible and cooperative attitude with willingness to support changing business needs
Stand for extended periods while operating manufacturing equipment
Perform repetitive motions involving hands and arms
Lift up to 50 pounds independently and assist with team lifts exceeding 50 pounds
Operate forklifts and overhead cranes (training provided as required)
Work overtime and weekends as needed to support production requirements
Possess visual acuity including close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus
