High School Diploma or GED required
Ability to understand and follow company and customer specifications.
Ability to regulate controls associated with all equipment utilized.
Ability to operate Sandblaster, insulated head gear, shovel, placement racks.
Ability to be in enclosed spaces and wear head gear for long periods of time.
Ability to wear a respirator for prolonged periods of time.
Interact and communicate in a professional and effective manner with all level's employees.
Schedule and organize time and tasks effectively.
Ability to work in a challenging and schedule driven environment.
Strong organizational skills.
Ability to plan and perform difficult work processes.
Strong manufacturing background working with sandblasting materials preferred.
