Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Operations Engineering, or related field.

Strong experience with process engineering, constraint analysis, and continuous improvement is critical for success.

Experience in warehouse, distribution center, fulfillment, assembly plant, or high volume manufacturing environments preferred.

Lean Six Sigma Green Belt/Black Belt certification preferred.

Experience with AutoCAD, facility layout design, warehouse simulation/modeling tools, and SOP development.

Experience with material handling equipment, conveyor systems, sortation operations, or pick-and-place systems is a plus.

Should have experience improving material flow, throughput, and operational performance within warehouse, distribution center, fulfillment, assembly plant, or manufacturing environments.

Lean Six Sigma and continuous improvement initiatives.

$18.50 - $23.00 / hour
