Previous experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment preferred
Familiarity with SWI (Standard Work Instructions) and SOP (Standard Operating Procedures) processes preferred
Computer literacy with Microsoft Windows software preferred
Strong understanding of shop math, including fraction-to-decimal conversion
Ability to accurately read and use tape measures, calipers, micrometers, and vernier scales preferred
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints desired
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Strong problem-solving capabilities
Ability to work independently and efficiently
