At least 1 year of experience in a call center environment is required.

High School Diploma or equivalent.

Reliable attendance, with no absences in the first 90 days.
Typing at least 25 WPM.
Hardwired internet connection with minimum speeds of 10 Mbps upload and 25 Mbps download.

Flexible availability, including weekends.
As a work-from-home team member, you are required to participate in active camera sessions for your role.
You will be expected to remain on camera throughout onboarding and training and be available on camera as needed once in production.
