Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and blue prints.
Proficient in AutoCAD/Visio, Solidworks (preferred) or equivalent 3D modeling software.

Possess good interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment
Liaison with engineering/sales/manufacturing personnel
Able to move from design concept to finished design, including layouts and tolerance valuations and detail drawings.
Ability to learn and execute established procedures and programs
Complete all applicable reports and required project documentation
Able to follow established procedures to complete required cable assembly designs
U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident to satisfy AFSI ITAR requirements
One to two years' college or trade school education in engineering drawing/CAD design
Minimum five (5) years' on-the-job experience.
An equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted for formal training
Position requires candidates to be U.S. person as defined in ITAR, 22CFR 120.15 (U.S. Citizenship or Resident Alien Status)

5+ years of manufacturing process experience
5+ years of related quality assurance and quality auditing experience
Experienced in manufacturing, quality control, and audit practices
Tenured audit experience with demonstrated proficiency performing conformity assessment audits
Ability to obtain and assess objective evidence throughout the audit process while acting impartially and maintaining confidentiality
Observe, document, and evaluate audit observations while effectively managing customer interactions throughout the audit process
Computer literacy with demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Experience with various measurement tools such as pressure gauges, calipers, voltmeters, etc.
Ability to read and interpret engineering technical drawings
Valid driver's license required
